Carolyn loves New York City. She grew up in Astoria, Queens, and loves going back to her old neighborhood to satisfy her craving for Sicilian pizza from Rose & Joe’s Italian Bakery and Spumoni ices from La Guli’s Pastry Shop. She attended Fordham University and graduated with honors with a degree in Art History and International Relations.
First, before entering the real estate industry, Ms. Zweben worked for a decade as an art consultant and appraiser for The Guggenheim Museum, The Michael Ingbar Gallery, and eppraisals.com.
Carolyn’s experience in the art field helped her develop a keen sense of aesthetics, space, and design. Consequently, those skills have been essential to her success in real estate. She has a deep understanding of how closely linked design and presentation are to a successful transaction. Additionally, she professionally stages listings to create an environment from fresh-cut flowers to champagne. Equally important, her atmosphere allows potential buyers can envision their ideal home and lifestyle.
In addition, when Carolyn isn’t selling real estate, you can find her spending time with her children and celebrating holidays with her close-knit family. “When your husband is Jewish, and you’re Catholic,” says Carolyn, there’s always something to celebrate!”
Keep an eye out; you might catch her stand-up comedy act at a club in New York City!
