Paula Tatum

Paula Tatum is a native of North Florida, working in real estate sales was natural fit for Paula. She grew up in an entrepreneurial family with a real estate background, her father was a builder and investor in Real Estate during the golden days in North Florida. Paula is now a 17-year native New Yorker. She graduated from Florida State University and moved to Miami to work in business-to-business sales. In 2005, she moved to New York City to work in the Finance sector. She has worn many hats in her time in NYC, including starting her own small business focused on gift-giving with a social impact. About 70% of Paula’s business in sales were from referrals. No matter what career Paula has been in, one thing that stands out about her: her love, dedication, and care for each client. Paula never meets a stranger, and she always tries to smile no matter what is going on, part of her Southern Charm. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for community-based non-profits that give back to NYC. She also loves taking long walks in Riverside Park with her husband and two sons on the Upper West Side. NYC's real estate market can be stressful when buying or selling a home, Paula tries to take the stress out of it and make it fun. Paula is dedicated and loyal to her clients. One thing she learned from her father is that if your clients are taken care of, you will never go out of business.
