The Euro

It looks like the Euro is beginning to soften. If I had some of my money in Euros, I would trade

them in for US $ and head to New York City for a real estate investment spree.

There are some New Developments in New York City, Queens and Brooklyn that are not selling

as fast as the developers want. When that becomes knowledge to me, the first thing I do is

contact all of my clients who are interested in the condo market and let them know that I smell

BLOOD.

Who knows, maybe the sponsor will pay the transfer taxes, cut the price on the unit or

anything else that we can save you money on your purchase.
