As I have written before, I love to read. As we all know knowledge is power.

Here is an article from this Sunday's Times regarding the current one bedroom market in NYC. Is is positive or negative? That really is up to the reader. In my opinion, if I were a 1 bedroom buyer now.....I would take as much information from as many publications (and call my favorite broker PAUL ZWEBEN 212.769.9807 and go out and get a great 1 bedroom and be in control of the deal (at least today, because the market changes minute to minute.)
