Oil.......

As oil continues to be at lofty levels; we are feeling the pinch everywhere. In the building where we live, our Oil expenditures went from $38,000 in 2006 to $86,000 in 2007...YIKES. The $48,000 difference has to be paid by someone and that someone are the shareholders of the building. All of NYC buildings are feeling this costly increase and I am praying that oil does not go to $200 per barrel. My wish is $40-50 per barrel. I will pray everyday!
