The Empire Hotel

Last night we ended up at the Empire Hotel on 63rd and Broadway and headed up to the Roof for some cocktails...our first choice was closed due to the massive storms. It is certainly unknown to the Upper West Side folk, cause it is a very cool space. It has great views, a retractable roof, ok beer and wine selection and cocktail waitresses that would rather be doing anything else than serving drinks. I know I am not painting a great picture of the  joint......but aside from some negatives, it is a great place to meet clients, friends or a date or your wife for a drink......
