In fact, I have known Drew since he had only one restaurant and walked around Montrachet with a huge ring of keys on his belt. He has transformed to former Montrachet with the help of his Uber Star Chef Paul Liebrandt. Paul is so talented, it is scary.We recently went to dinner at Corton with Debra Ponzak- the former Chef of Montrachet and her husband and Chef, Greg Addonizio.We were treated like royalty and I was given the tour of the super intense kitchen.Paul’s food is progressive, flavorful and lovely. The room is subtle and welcoming and the wine list was great.If you are looking for a three star experience……..you found the place.
