Last week, my wife and a pair of our good friends went to the brand new spot, Marea at 240 Central Park South in the former San Domenico space.The space has certainly been given a great face lift and a solid cleaning. It is clear that Michael White and his partners are ready to make yet another mark in the NYC Culinary world.The restaurant is in its infancy and we understood that. Service was fine and I know it will get better in time and the food was quite good. I ate a 50 day old aged NY strip, that was full of flavor. Tons of raw fish, great breads and delicious Lucien Crochet Sancerre.We are looking forward to going again as the machine gets well oiled.240 Central Park S
