Bills Burger Bar

Friday night after going deaf at Abe and Arthur’s (I know, I am not the target customer)Our friend Andy suggested we go to the old Hog Pit in the Meat Packing District to check out Bill’s Burger Bar-Yes Steve Hanson is amazing- and yes everyone is opening a burger joint…..

Note to self- I told my restaurant biz partners to open a burger joint 10 years ago and they looked at me like I had two heads……oh well 🙂

Anyhoo- I had a peanut butter milk shake- pretty good- The burgers we tried, although we were completely stuffed from our dinner was pretty good. Apparently the meat comes from Pat LaFrieda, a solid butcher in NYC.It is very cool looking with good looking, funky staff…..To Be Continued!http://www.brguestrestaurants.com/restaurants/bills-bar-burger/
