Don't be mean to your neighbiors!

Condo board threatens "verbally abusive"

residents with $500 fines

The Link at 310 West 52nd Street

The condo board at 310 West 52nd Street, also known as the Link, is not-

so-subtly reminding residents to love thy neighbor. In a memo sent out

to the building yesterday, the board announced new measures to

prevent verbal abuse and harassment within the building. Specifically,

the board threatens to revoke the use of concierge services and impose

$500 fines for each reported incident. "The Board does not take the

issue of abusive behavior toward the residents and employees lightly,"

the memo, originally posted anonymously on Streeteasy.com, said.
